Shipping Policy
Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours if all of the lamps are in stock (we carry all of the single elements in stock). Lead time to manufacture lamps is approx. 1½ weeks . Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
Carriers
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
- TNT
- DHL
Order Tracking
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the either the weight of your products or Cubic weight of the shipping carton and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
