Photron accepts the following payment methods: International funds transfer in European Euros, United States Dollar, Travelex, Credit-Cards: Visa / Mastercard / Amex.

If you would like to authorize Photron to debit a new credit-card please print and email the PDF form to accounts@photron.com.au at your convenience.

All Perkin Elmer Lamps (2" HCL's) now utilize quartz windows for improved UV transmission for more wavelengths.This covers our entire range of 2" Hollow Cathode Lamps suitable for Perkin Elmer instruments.

Photron's P800C Coded Hollow Cathode Lamps have recently climbed to be our best sellers in both the European and South American markets as of 2010.

Our Coded P800 lamps have been climbing steadily this last year with incremental growth in Gold and Iron elements however rare elements are increasingly popular.

Market gains by Perkin Elmer are thought to have increased Lumina instrumentation and consequently P900LL replacement lamps throughout Asia and the Middle East as of March 2010. Our expectation is further growth in these markets throughout this current quarter.

Photron's Research & Development team have developed new 10 Volt superlamps to be used in a varienty of instruments. 3 Volt Superlamps are now have the ability to be coded and this results in 3 new series of Photron Superlamp products.

P800S have recieved no modifications and do not differ from our previous offering.

Photron's P800S-10V & P800S-10C Superlamps can be used with the new GBC SavantAA. Photron Superlamps provide high intensity gains over standard Hollow Cathode Lamps, additionally it produces a significant improvement in sensitivity due to the narrow and non-self absorbed line our superlamps produce.

Photron has reduced all Perkin Elmer Cableless Lamps by €50. All P900LL series are now shipped without timers for environmental reasons (timers contain mercury).

If you require timers on specific lamps you can do so via our website or buy post-fixing P900LL numbers with an ending "T" ie: P901LLT

From the 15th of December 2009.
All warranties will be shipped to Thailand for both analysis and replacement. Please review our new webpage on how to submit your warranty request.

INVOICE PAYMENTS - When you transfer payment for invoices into our account please send an email to accounts@photron.com.au outlining which invoices you are paying. If this is not received we will apply your payment to the oldest outstanding invoices.

ALTERNATIVE PAYMENT OPTIONS - We have set up some alternative payment options which can be extended to you if you are having issues with the current methods (viewable on all invoices). Please contact accounts@photron.com.au if you would like these details. This option will not be available to all customers as it can be more difficult to track.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS - All credit cards will now incur a surcharge. VISA / Mastercard = 2.5% AMEX = 3.5%

PREPAYMENT CUSTOMERS - All proforma invoices will need to be paid within 14 days of invoicing. If this is not done the order will be canceled. If this does not suit your situation please email accounts@photron.com.au for an extension to this time.
